The preparation is a traditional plant medicine and its effectiveness is based only on experience from its long-term use.

Indications for use
Traditionally used for cough and difficult expectoration in upper respiratory tract catarrh.
Composition
100 ml of the syrup contains 4.36 g of complex soft extract (3:1) from thyme herb Thymus vulgaris L. (Thymus zygis L.) and cowslip root Primula veris L. (Primula elatior L.) (7.6/1 part), (Extractum compositum spissum ex: Thymi herba et Primulae radice).
Extraction solvent: water and 19.8 g of thymol (Thymolum).
Excipients: orange flavouring, sucrose, purified water.
The medicine does not contain more than 0.5% (M/M) of ethanol.

Contraindications
Do not use the medicine:
- in case of hypersensitivity to thymol, cowslip, thyme or any other ingredient of the syrup;
- in case of hypersensitivity to plants from the mint family (Lamiaceae or also known as Labiatae);
- for children diagnosed with or with the history of acute obstructive laryngitis, also in the past;
- in case of asthma.
If the symptoms intensify instead of subsiding after 7 days, breathlessness, fever or purulent discharge occur, seek medical advice.
Consult a doctor even if the above warning concerns some past situations.

Children under 4 years of age: not recommended.
The last dose of the medicine is to be administered no later than 3 hours before rest.
Shake before use!
Period of use: if the symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
