DHA contributes to:
- the maintenance of proper function of the brain;*
- the maintenance of proper vision.*
The intake of DHA by the mother supports the proper development of the eyes and brain in the foetus and breastfed infants.**
* The beneficial effects occur if the daily intake of DHA is: 250 mg.
** Information for pregnant and breastfeeding women: The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA above the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.
Vitamin D:
- contributes to the normal function of the immune system,
- contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Contents of 1 capsule: Schizochytrium microalgal oil (source of DHA – docosahexaenoic acid), flavouring, cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Ingredients of the capsule shell: gelatine, humectant – glycerol.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the formulation. Do not take more than the recommended daily intake. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper function of the body. Before use, it is recommended to have a 25-OH vitamin D blood test done and consult with a doctor or pharmacist about the test result.
Twist and tear off the tip of the capsule and squeeze its contents directly into the mouth or on a teaspoon, or add it to the food. Adults can swallow the capsule whole, washing it down with water.
Store below 25°C in the original packaging. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Protect from light.
