DHA contributes to:
- the maintenance of normal brain function,*
- the maintenance of normal vision.*
Consumption of DHA by a mother contributes to the normal development of the eye of the foetus and breastfed infants.**
* Beneficial effects occur if the daily intake of DHA is: 250 mg.
** Information for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers: the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA.
Vitamin D is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.
Vitamin D:
- contributes to the normal function of the immune system,
- contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
Capsule contains: fish oil (source of DHA – docosahexaenoic acid and EPA – eicosapentaenoic acid), lemon flavouring, lanolin-derived cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Capsule shell ingredients: gelatine, humectant – glycerol.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not take more than the recommended daily intake. Do not use the preparation as a substitute for a varied diet. Varied diet and healthy lifestyle are fundamental to the proper function of the body. Before use, it is recommended to have a 25-OH vitamin D blood test done and consult with a doctor or pharmacist about the test result.
Twist off the tip of the capsule. Then squeeze out its content directly to the mouth or on a spoon, or add to a meal. Adults may swallow the entire capsule, washing it down with water.
Store below 25°C in a dry place, in the original packaging. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Protect from light.
