*** Information for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers: the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA.

Use

Twist off the tip of the capsule. Then squeeze out its content directly to the mouth or on a spoon, or add to a meal. Adults can swallow the capsule whole with a drink of water.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging in a temperature below 25°C and keep out of reach of small children. Protect from light.
