Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not take morethan the recommended daily intake. Do not use the preparation as a substitute for a varied diet. Varied diet and healthy lifestyle are fundamental to the proper function of the body. Before use, it is recommended to have a 25(OH) vitamin D blood test done and consult with a doctor or pharmacist about the test result.
Twist off the tip of the capsule. Then squeeze out its content directly to the mouth or on a spoon, or add to a meal. Adults can swallow the capsule whole with a drink of water.
Store in the original packaging in a temperature below 25°C and keep out of reach of small children. Protect from light.
