1Icelandic lichen contains mucosal substances that form a protective coating, with a beneficial effect on the mucous membrane of the throat, larynx and vocal cords. It has a soothing and alleviating effect. It also supports the proper functioning of the immune system.

Hialuronic acid (in the form of a sodium salt) is a natural mucopolysaccharide found in connective tissue, skin, joints and blood vessel walls, among others. A feature of hyaluronic acid is its ability to bind and retainwater molecules.
Irish moss is an algae from the crayfish family. It is a source of carrageenan, a mixture of polysaccharides with the ability to bind water molecules.
