Indications for use
Hedussin® is a herbal medicinal product used as an expectorant in productive (wet) cough.
Composition
100 ml of the syrup contains 825 mg of dry extract from common ivy leaves (Hedera helix L., folium) (4-8:1). Extraction solvent: ethanol 30% (m/m).
Excipient with known effects: liquid (noncrystallising) sorbitol; 1 ml of syrup contains 404,808 mg of sorbitol (E420).

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient, other plants from the Araliaceae family (the botanical family, common ivy belongs to) or any of the excipients.
- Do not use in children under 2 years of age due to the risk of aggravating the respiratory symptoms.
