Indications for use
Traditionally used in symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency (such as lower leg oedema, pruritus, calf cramps, pain and “heavy legs”). Adjunctively in varices. The effectiveness of the product is based only upon long-standing use and experience.
Composition
The active ingredient of the medicine is ethanol extract from fresh unripe horse chestnut fruit – (Hippocastani fructus recentis intractum) (1:1).
Extraction solvent: ethanol 96% (V/V).
Ethanol content in the medicinal product: 52-62% (V/V).
A single dose of the medicine (2.5 ml) contains 23 mg of triterpenoid saponins, expressed as aescin.

Contraindications
Do not use the medicine in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient.

Children and youth under 18 years of age: the medicine is not intended for children and youth under 18 years of age.
In case of varices, the medicine may be used only after a prior medical consultation.
