Pelafen® Kid MD Przeziębienie medical device for children over 1 year of age is used in the first symptoms of common cold. The device creates a protective barrier on the pharyngeal mucosa, protects against penetration of viruses and bacteria and facilitates clearing of the respiratory tract.

The device contains the patented MUCOBIONETM formula, which consists of substances that reduce the surface tension and change the physical properties of the accumulated mucus, which makes it easier to remove it from the mucous membranes. This boosts the ciliary motility and the removal of mucus from the airways.

In addition, the patented MUCOBIONETM formula and the remaining product ingredients strengthen the natural protective function of the mucous barrier and defend against penetration of microorganisms: viruses and bacteria (but also allergens and dust) – that is protect against the progression of infection. At the same time, the protective layer on the oral and pharyngeal mucosa gives the feeling of lubrication and relief in cases of irritation, pain and inflammations of the throat.

Indications of use

Pelafen® Kid MD Przeziębienie medical device is used in the first symptoms of common cold:

• irritated and sore throat,
• hoarseness,
• cough

in order to relieve these symptoms and prevent the progression of infection.

The patented MUCOBIONETM formula (South African geranium root extract and oat protein), Iceland moss thallus extract, linden inflorescence extract, maltitol, citric acid, raspberry flavour, potassium sorbate, gum arabic, water.

The device contains oat protein, including gluten. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients of the medical device. In case of an allergic reaction, stop using the preparation immediately and consult a doctor or a pharmacist.
