Pelafen® MD Zatoki i Nos medical device for children over 2 years of age is used to prevent or relieve the symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis of various origin by helping to remove viruses and bacteria from the nasal cavity.

Pelafen® MD Zatoki i Nos spray clears the nasal cavity and sinuses of mucus resulting from inflammatory diseases or allergies.

The patented formula MUCOBIONETM present in the medical device, has a multidirectional effect and helps to reduce the amount of viruses and bacteria, a well as other harmful factors (such as allergens, dust and other particles) in the nasal cavity.

By lowering the surface tension of mucus accumulated in the sinuses and the nasal cavity, the patented MUCOBIONETM formula improves its mobility, facilitates its removal and clears the nasal cavity and sinuses.

The regular cleansing of the nasal cavity helps to wash out infectious and allergic factors, which prevents the spread of infection and relieves the symptoms of allergy.

Indications of use

Pelafen® MD Zatoki i Nos spray medical device supports the treatment of:

• infections involving sinusitis (acute and chronic inflammations of the paranasal sinuses),
• infections involving rhinitis (runny nose),
• allergic rhinitis,
• rhinitis of various origin, e.g. atrophic rhinitis, pre and post surgeries of the nose and sinuses, in periods of increased exposure to dust.

Ingredients

Patented MUCOBIONETM formula (South African geranium root extract and oat protein), eucalyptus oil, mint oil, glycerine, sorbitol, potassium sorbate, citric acid, gum arabic, water.

Contraindications and precautions

Children under the age of 10 should use the device under adult supervision. The device contains oat protein, including gluten. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients of the medical device. In case of an allergic reaction, stop using the preparation immediately and consult a doctor or a pharmacist.
