Indications for use
A traditional herbal medicinal product used for symptomatic treatment of common cold.
Pelafen® MED is a traditional herbal medicinal product used in specified indications exclusively based upon long-standing use.
One coated tablet contains 20 mg of dry extract from Pelargonium sidoides DC and/or Pelargonium reniforme Curt., radix (pelargonium root) – Pelargonii radicis extractum siccum (4-7:1). Extraction solvent: ethanol 14% (V/V). For full list of excipients, see 6.1 of SmPC.

Packaging: 15 and 30 coated tablets
Pelafen® MED should not be used in case of: hypersensitivity to the active ingredient (pelargonium root extract) or any of the excipients.

Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew. If, despite the use of the medicine, the symptoms intensify or do not subside within 1 week or adverse drug reactions occur, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Do not take Pelafen® MED after the expiry date. Before using the medicine, read the patient information leaflet.
