Indications for use

Succus Taraxaci Phytopharm is used traditionally in indigestion, lack of appetite, and adjuvantly as a mild diuretic agent.
A traditional herbal medicinal product for use in specified indications exclusively based upon long-standing use.

Composition

10 ml of the medicine contains 100 ml of juice from fresh common dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale Weber ex Wigg., radix), stabilised with ethanol – Taraxaci radicis recentis succus (1:1).
Extraction solvent – ethanol 96% (V/V), water.
The product contains 25-35% (V/V) of ethanol.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to aster family plants (Asteraceae, formerly Compositae), e.g. chamomile, arnica;
• bile ducts obstruction;
• cholangitis;
• liver disorders;
• gallstones;
• active gastric and duodenal ulcers;
• other bile ducts disorders.

Children under 12 years of age: not recommended.
Duration of use: if the symptoms persist for more than 14 days, consult a doctor or a pharmacist.
In order to increase the output of urine, drink a proper amount of liquids.
