Indications for use
The drug is intended for use as an adjuvant in:
- prevention and treatment of infections of the upper respiratory tract of various a etiology,
- loss of appetite.
100 ml of the syrup contains 38.4 g of liquid extract from fresh leaves of aloe arborescens (Aloes arborescentis recentis extractum fluidum) (DER 1:4, extraction solvent: water) and 1.02 g of vitamin C (Acidum ascorbicum).
Excipients: sucrose, concentrated chokeberry juice, sodium benzoate, purified water.

Absolute contraindications
- hypersensitivity to active substances or any of the excipients listed in point 6.1. of the Summary of Product Characteristics,
- simultaneous use of immunosuppression drugs.
Relative contraindications
- allergic tendencies,
- systemic diseases and diseases of autoimmune aetiology (such as systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Hashimoto’s disease, Graves’ disease, multiple sclerosis, insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis),
- diagnosed increased levels of immunoglobulin concentration in blood.
In case of contraindications mentioned above, the decision to use the drug should be made by the physician on the basis of the patient’s clinical picture, while taking into account the effect of the drug and the benefit-risk ratio.

Dosage and route of administration
In case of upper respiratory tract infections
take the medication for 14 days, before meals:

Loss of appetite: use 5 ml of the drug 1 time a day, 15 minutes before the main meal.
Method of administration: oral administration.
Children: the efficacy and safety of Bioaron® SYSTEM medicinal product in children under the age of 3 has not been established.
Duration of treatment/use
In case of upper respiratory tract infections: the drug should be used for 14 days. If there is no improvement or the symptoms get worse after 7 days, consult a physician.
Prophylaxis: the medication should be administered in cycles, with at least 14-day break between the subsequent 14-day long cycles (14 days of treatment / 14 days without treatment).
Loss of appetite: for 14 days. If there is no improvement or the symptoms get worse after 7 days, consult a physician. The administration of the drug can be repeated after a 14-day break. The medication can be administered in cycles, with at least 14-day break between the subsequent 14-day long cycles.
When administering the drug in repetitive cycles, please remember not to exceed the recommended doses.
